Kurs I Självutplåning is based on the graphic novel with the same name by Henrik Bromander. The series is directed by Isabella Rodriguez and written by Joakim Granberg and Isabella Rodriguez. Starring is Evelyn Mok, Jonatan Unge, Bautagänget, Pelle Hanaeus, Karin Franz Körlof among others. Co-producers are SVT, Film Capitol Stockholm and Film i Dalarna.

Today is first day of shooting Kurs i självutplåning - French Quarter Film’s first tv-series, based on the graphic novel with the same name by Henrik Bromander. Kurs i självutplåning will premiere on SVT-play this fall.

And Then We Danced to Cannes!

We are super proud to announce that Levan Akin’s upcoming feature will premiere at La Quinzaine Des Réalisateurs 2019 - congratulations to the team and thank you to the selection committee!

The film revolves around Merab who has been training since a young age at the National Georgian Ensemble with his dance partner Mary. His world is suddenly turned upside down when the charismatic and carefree Irakli arrives and becomes both his strongest rival and desire. In this conservative setting Merab finds himself having to break free and risk it all.

World sales is handled by Totem Films.

Levan Akin invited to Les Arcs

The directors’ latest film in post-production And Then We Danced will be presented at the French Film Festival December 16.

Akin’s And Then We Danced will be pitched among 15 works in progress at the 10th Les Arcs Film Festival. The Swedish director had his breakthrough with Certain People, launched at Tribeca in 2012, and directed several episodes of SVT's drama Real Humans

His last film, the fantasy youth drama The Circle premiered in Berlin 2015. His new project is a coming of age drama about a dancer who unwillingly falls in love with a rival.

Dedye will be looking for a sales agent at Les Arcs. TriArt is attached as Swedish distributor.
